Til Mungfali coconut laddoo's are very healthy and nutritious sweet. Sesame and Peanuts are high in protein,iron,magnesium,omega rich fatty acids and also very good for bone health. These laddoo's are famous in North India and people used to make this recipe their own way like- They made chikki,barfi and laddoo with jaggery syrup. This is very good option for new moms and also good for growing kid/toddlers. This is very healthy snack and give instant energy to you and your kids. My grandma used to make these laddoo's and I liked it very much. You can also prepare this at home, please follow my instructions. Lets start preparing with me///

Ingredients List for laddoo's :
- Sesame seeds : 400 gm
- Peanut/Mungfali : 500 gm
- Gur/Jaggery : 600 gm
- Desiccated coconut/Coconut powder : 250 gm
- Water : 3 cups
Cooking method :
Roast peanuts in pan for 8-9 minutes, till it become brown. Remove peanut skin and keep it aside.
- In same pan roast sesame seeds for 7-8 minutes on medium heat,keep it aside.
- Roast Coconut for 3-4 minutes on low heat. Keep it aside.
- Take water in pan, Add jaggery and cook for 15-20 minutes in high to medium heat. Check your one tar chashni from fingers. If it stick together and create a strand then it's ready.
- Grind all the roasted ingredients in grinder one by one and keep this laddoo mixture in a steel bowl.
- Pour gur-chashni in laddoo mixture. Mix properly all ingredients.
- Now start making laddoo bolls and dip it in desiccated coconut for more taste.
- Keep it in air tight container and enjoy eating with family and friends.
