This recipe is made from strawberries smoothies with chia seeds and blue berries smoothies with chia seeds .It is also high in vitamins,fiber,minerals and antioxidants.It boosts your immunity and energy level. Ingredients list Berries Smoothie With Chia seed recipe:
- Apple - 1 sliced
- Banana - 1 sliced
- Orange - 1 small
- Kiwi - 1 sliced
- Blueberry - 2 tablespoon (Frozen)
- Strawberry - 5 to 6 (Frozen)
- Raspberry - 4 (frozen)
- Dates - 4-5 pieces
- Sugar - 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
- Yogurt - 3 tablespoon
- Coconut - 2 tablespoon (desiccated)
- Sunflower seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Chia seeds - 1 teaspoon (soaked 5 to 6 hours)
Method For Preparing Berries Smoothie With Chia seeds:
Mix all above ingredients in mixer grinder until it become super smooth.Serve in your cup/bowl and decorate with desiccated coconut and chocolate chip. This smoothie is high in vitamin c ,potassium, magnesium, fiber and omega 3, 6. This omega rich smoothie will give you very good and healthy start in the morning. One sip and you will feel like super energetic all day.
Important Info:
