Fruit Yogurt
Fruit Yogurt is combination of fruits and yogurt and very healthy recipe for kids. This recipe yogurt is full of calcium,protein and probiotic bacteria which is good for health although fruits are rich in vitamins,minerals and dietary fibers. In this recipe you can also use nuts and seeds for making it more delicious and healthy. Fruit yogurt is very easy and quick recipe and you can serve it with muesli,berries and toast as morning breakfast. I like this recipe very much hope you will also enjoy. Ingredients list :
- Greek Yogurt/Normal yogurt : 2&half cups
- Food Color : 1 drop(red)
- Vanilla Essence : 1/4 teaspoon
- Sugar/Honey : 3 tablespoon
- Fruits : Avocado,Apple,Banana,Nectarine(each 1 and sliced)
- Fresh orange juice : 1 cup
- Dates/Raisins : 2-3 tablespoon
- Nuts : walnuts and almonds 3-4 (grounded)
- Raspberries : 3-4 (garnishing)
Fruit Yogurt Method :
- Take yogurt in bowl, add orange juice and mix it thoroughly.
- Add food color, vanilla essence and sugar then mix it properly.
- Mix sliced fruit in bowl, properly.
- Garnish with raspberries and coconut flakes.
- Serve Fruit Yogurt alone or with muesli and toast.
