Lemon Pickle
Lemon pickles are my favorite achar. I have eaten this pickle from my childhood. My grandma used to make this pickle every time in India and I have learned this recipe from her. The main ingredient of this recipe is lemon. You need fresh and clean lemons for making this pickle. Besides of these lemons, you need some raw and dry spices for making this pickle. These lemon pickles are very tasty and sour. You can serve it with any Indian dish and it will absolutely increase your taste of food. So lets start preparing with me////

Ingredients list :
- Lemon : 10-12 pieces( equally sliced)
- Salt : 4 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder : 1 tablespoon
- Chili powder : 2 tablespoon
- Carom seeds : 2 teaspoon
- Kalonji seeds : 1 teaspoon
- Musturd seeds : 1 teaspoon
- Fenugreek seeds : 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper : 1 teaspoon
- Sugar : 2 tablespoon
- Apple side vinegar : 1/3 cup
- Mustard oil : 1/2 cup
Method for pickle :
- Take lemons in bowl clean with water then wipe all the water. Let it dry for 5 minutes. Then cut all the lemons in equal shape.
- Take a glass jar/tiffin, then take all the spices and ingredients in right proportion.
- Add oil and vinegar, after that mix all the ingredients.
- Add sliced lemon in this mixture. Let it rest for 15 days in a warm area.
- After 15-20 days your Lemon pickle is ready to eat with any Indian recipe/parathas.
