Dill leaves Paratha
Dill leaves paratha is very tasty and delicious paratha. Dill leaves fragrance make it more desirable. The main ingredient of this recipe is wheat and dill leaves. You can serve these paratha's with yogurt and pickle. Either you can serve it with any Indian vegetable recipe. Lets start preparing this paratha with me////

Ingredients list Recipe:
- Wheat flour : 2&half cups
- Water : 1 cup(as required for making soft dough)
- Carom seeds : 1 teaspoon
- Dill leaves : 1 cup(chopped)
- Olive oil : 3 tablespoon(for making dough)
- Salt : 1 teaspoon
- Oil : 1/3 cup( for baking)
Paratha method :
- Take a bowl, sieve wheat flour then add salt,carom seeds, olive oil, and dill leaves.
- After that add water in bowl and make a smooth dough. Cover it from kitchen towel or polythene wrap. Keep aside for half an hour.
- Heat tava/pan on low heat, let it heat. Make small bolls from the dough.
- Roll it from the roller then spread oil and fold it like semicircle.
- After that again spread oil and fold it. Make the shape like a triangle.
- Roll this triangle till 4-5 inches long.
- After that spread this paratha on preheated tava.
- After 1/2 minutes flip paratha and brush with oil after that flip again and brush oil another side.
- Bake until small spot appear on both side. After that your Dill leaves Paratha is ready.
- Serve with curd or pickle. Enjoy cooking.
