Breakfast, which gives you a daily good start for the day. Breakfast has a big role to make you healthy and energetic. In your breakfast, you should have protein, calcium,magnesium and mineral rich foods. In these days everybody has to go for work in morning and they don't have much time to cook. Here, I am sharing three easy recipes for your morning breakfast. It is very easy to prepare and it will take only 10-15 minutes. Lets start preparing breakfast with me////

Ingredients Recipe:
Ingredients :
- Oil : 1/4 teaspoon
- Peas : 50 gm/ 4 tablespoon(frozen)
- Corn : 2 tablespoon(frozen)
- Egg : 2(boiled)
- Orange : 1(sliced)
- Mixed herbs : 1/2 teaspoon(basil,oregano,
- Muesli : 20 gm
- Yogurt : 4 tablespoon
- Sunflower seeds : 1/4 teaspoon
- Honey : 1 teaspoon
- Raspberry : 2(crunched)
- Brown bread : 1
- Butter : 1/2 teaspoon
- Red bell pepper : 1/2(sliced)
- Black pepper : a pinch
- salt : 1/2 tablespoon
Method :
- Heat oil in pan, add mixed herbs. Add peas and corn stir fry for 2-3 minutes, add a pinch of salt . Keep aside in a plate.
- In a small bowl, pour yogurt, muesli and sunflower seeds and garnish with honey and raspberries.
- Take boiled egg in a plate,cut it and garnish with black pepper and salt.
- Ready your toast in pan/tava.
- Put all the things together in a plate. Your Breakfast Plate is ready.
Oats porridge with toast :
Ingredients :
- Oats : 60 gm/1/2 cup
- Milk : 1 cup
- Sunflower seeds : 1/4 teaspoon
- Apple : 1/2 (sliced)
- Banana : 1 (sliced)
- Honey : 1 teaspoon
- Blueberries : 1 tablespoon
- Raspberries : 2-3 pieces
- Raisin : 1/2 teaspoon
- watermelon : 1/2 cup
- Red bell pepper : 1/3(sliced)
- Brown bread : 1
- Butter : 1 teaspoon
Method :
- Heat milk in a pan,add oats and mix properly. Cook for 5-6 minutes on medium heat. Keep aside in a plate/bowl.
- Slice apple and banana after that serve in a porridge bowl.Garnish with sunflower seeds,berries and raisins.
- Heat tava/pan make the toast. If you have toaster then it would be easy for you to make toast. Serve in a plate with red bell pepper and watermelon.
Oats Banana Smoothie :
Ingredients :
- Yogurt : 1/2 cup
- Oats : 3 tablespoon
- Raisin : 1 tablespoon
- Banana : 1(sliced)
- Apple : 1/2(sliced)
- Dates :2-3 pieces
- Nectarine : 1(sliced)
- Sunflower seeds : 1/2 teaspoon
- Vanilla essence : 1/4 teaspoon
- Raspberries :2-3 pieces
- Blueberries : tablespoon
- Brown bread :1
- Butter : 1/2 teaspoon
Method :
- In a mixer grinder add oats,raisins,dates,yogurt,apple,banana,nectarine,sunflower seeds and vanilla essence.
- Give 5-6 rotation to your mixer until it become smoothie. Serve in bowl/jar and garnish with berries and sunflower seeds.
- Make a toast in your toaster or just spread butter on bread. Sprinkle black pepper and serve in a plate.
Important Info : You can choose your choice of fruits and seeds,which available in your surroundings. I am using here, fresh and frozen both type of fruits and vegetables,You can also use while making these breakfast recipes.
