Banana pancakes with eggs are one of my favorite recipe when I want to eat something sweet and healthy. This recipe is full of nutrients. It is very easy to prepare for your family, friends or guests. It does not take much time to prepare. You can prepare this for your breakfast or evening dessert. List of required ingredients for banana pancakes with eggs and flour given below can be used to prepare it ////

Ingredients for banana pancakes walnut:
- Wheat flour - 200 gm
- All purpose flour/Maida - 50 gm
- Baking powder - 2 & 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sugar - 3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon (Dalchini)
- Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoon
- Buttermilk - 1/2 cup (made from equal part of curd and water)
- Banana - 2 (sliced)
- Egg - 1 (optional)
- Mixed nuts - 50 gm (cashew,almond,walnut,raisins)
- Butter - 40-50 gm for serving
Method for banana and nut pancakes:
- Take a large bowl and sieve flour to make it light and guilt free. Mix all dry ingredients together. Take another bowl mash banana add egg and vanilla essence mix well. Add all dry ingredients in this bowl whisk properly add buttermilk then mix well. keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat nonstick tava/pan,brush with butter properly.Put one scoop batter on tava spread it, cook until bubbles are form on surface then flip it cook another side.
- Serve with honey/maple syrup/melted chocolate/cream,fruit salads. Garnish with dry fruits. Enjoy this delicious recipe.
- Important note: You can use cinnamon stick if cinnamon powder(Dalchini) is not available. You have to boil 1 small stick in half cup of water until it become half in quantity then add in batter and mix well.
