Creamy Mushroom Pasta Soup
Creamy mushroom pasta soup recipe is very delicious and healthy recipe. You can choose your favorite veggies for making this soup. People who like mushroom and veggies, they will love this recipe.Mushroom's are very rich in fiber,calcium,low in calorie and good option for bone health. I am using fresh cream,cheese and milk and different herbs for making my mushroom sauce. There are different variety of pasta available in market like penne,spaghetti,macaroni and ribbon. Here I am using, ribbon pasta or fettuccine for this recipe. This recipe is great option for children's food menu. So lets start preparing this with me/////

Ingredients list :
- Ribbon pasta : 100 gm
- Vegetable broth cube : 1
- Onion : 1(Chopped)
- Garlic : 2-3 cloves(sliced)
- Bay leaf :2
- Salt : 1 teaspoon(as per paste)
- Corn : 1 cup (frozen)
- Mushroom : 1 cup (frozen/fresh)
- Butter : 1-2 tablespoon
- Cream : 1& half cup
- Milk : 1/2 cup
- Herbs(dried) : Basil leaves & Oregano 1 teaspoon each
- Black pepper : 1 teaspoon
- Water : 1&half cup
Cooking Method :
- Heat water in steel pan then add ribbon pasta and vegetable broth cube. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
- Heat butter in pan, Then add bay leaf and chopped garlic,saute 1-2 minutes.
- Add chopped onion and saute for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
- After-that mix mushroom and corn saute for 4-5 minutes then add 1 cup water and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Take half of vegetable mix and make puree and keep it aside in bowl.
- Mix this puree in pan then add cream and milk,cook for 7-8 minutes.
- Add all herbs in soup/sauce and salt mix properly. Then add 1 cube butter and mix it.
- Italian soup/sauce is ready, Mix cooked ribbon pasta in this sauce then cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Your creamy mushroom pasta soup is ready. Serve hot with roasted bread cubes and peanuts.
