Ingredients for sprouted mung bean salad recipes:
- Mung Beans Sprouted: 1&half cup
- Peas : 1/4 cup
- Corn(maize) : 1/4 cup
- Potato : 1/2(sliced)
- Spring onion : 1-2 stick(chopped)
- Carrot : 1(sliced)
- Tomato : 1/2(sliced)
- Cucumber : 1/2 (sliced)
- Oil : 1 tablespoon
- salt : 1 teaspoon(as per your taste)
- Dried Herbs(Basil,Oregano,Parsley leaves) : 1/2 teaspoon each
- Soya Souse : 1 tablespoon
- Apple cider Vinegar : 1 tablespoon
Preparation Method for sprouted mung bean salad recipes:
- Take a pan, heat oil, add potato and stir fry for 1-2 minutes then add carrot.
- Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add peas and corn saute 2-3 minutes then add sprouted beans with spring onion mix it well.
- Add salt after that add all herbs, soya sauce and apple cider vinegar and mix properly. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Mung Beans salad is ready. Serve in your plate/bowl, along with Watermelon juice.
Watermelon Juice :
- Take Mixer Juicer add sliced watermelon,1 orange and 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon black salt and close mixer cap.
- Give 3-4 rotation to your mixer for 2-3 minutes. Watermelon Juice is ready.
