Sprouted mung bean salad recipes is very healthy option to start your morning. Mung Beans salad is very famous in India, China and Taiwan. They use sprouted beans instead of soaked beans most of the time. Sprouted beans are rich source of  protein, vitamins and folic acid. In India people eat Mung Beans  like as Dal as well sprouted beans. In this salad, you can mix your choice of green vegetables. This will make Mung Beans salad more nutritious and delicious.You can serve it with any drink or sauce. So pick your choice of  vegetables and lets start cooking this Sprouted Mung Beans salad/////

Ingredients for sprouted mung bean salad recipes: 
  • Mung Beans Sprouted: 1&half cup
  • Peas : 1/4 cup
  • Corn(maize) : 1/4 cup
  • Potato : 1/2(sliced)
  • Spring onion : 1-2 stick(chopped)
  • Carrot : 1(sliced)
  • Tomato : 1/2(sliced)
  • Cucumber : 1/2 (sliced)
  • Oil : 1 tablespoon
  • salt : 1 teaspoon(as per your taste)
  • Dried Herbs(Basil,Oregano,Parsley leaves) : 1/2 teaspoon each
  • Soya Souse : 1 tablespoon
  • Apple cider Vinegar : 1 tablespoon 
Preparation Method for sprouted mung bean salad recipes:
  • Take a pan, heat oil, add potato and stir fry for 1-2 minutes then add carrot. 
  • Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add peas and corn saute 2-3 minutes then add sprouted beans with spring onion mix it well.
  • Add salt after that add all herbs, soya sauce and apple cider vinegar and mix properly. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • Mung Beans salad is ready. Serve in your plate/bowl, along with Watermelon juice.





Watermelon Juice : 
  • Take Mixer Juicer add sliced watermelon,1 orange and 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon black salt and close mixer cap.
  • Give 3-4 rotation to your mixer for 2-3 minutes. Watermelon Juice is ready.
